Larry Greene is an executive coach and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding entrepreneurs and business leaders. His career began in the automotive industry, where he spent nearly two decades in sales and management before founding a successful business brokerage and M&A practice in Orange County, CA. This experience gave him deep insight into building, scaling, and selling profitable businesses.
Since 2012, Larry has facilitated peer groups for CEOs, executives, and professionals while also serving as a trusted board member and turnaround specialist. He helps leaders strengthen their teams, improve performance, and prepare their companies for succession or sale. Known for his ability to step into challenging situations, Larry has led initiatives that revitalized sales, reduced costs, and positioned companies for long-term success.
A connector at heart, Larry leverages his extensive network of legal, financial, and operational professionals to provide holistic support to clients. Beyond his professional work, he is deeply involved in nonprofit leadership, serving organizations that support families and children in need.
